ORDER, DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

Ordering Methods
You can order books, courses, bracelets, or other products from our online store via the shopping cart on the website, by email at contact@usforbooks.com, or by phone at +40.754.846.720. The order is considered valid only after confirmation.

The customer may cancel the order—preferably by email—on the same day it was placed, until 4:00 PM, or by phone at the above number until 10:00 PM. The order can no longer be canceled once the delivery confirmation email has been received.

The corresponding tax invoice can be found in the delivered package or sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Orders placed on the same day by the same person or from the same IP address are automatically merged into a single order, for which only one invoice will be issued. Discounts or promotions apply only once to the combined order.

The customer may unilaterally terminate the order if delivery is delayed—except in cases of force majeure—by no more than 7 business days beyond the date specified in the order confirmation. The unilateral termination must be submitted in writing and sent with acknowledgment of receipt, by confirmed email, prior to the receipt of the ordered product(s)/service(s).

In this case, if payment has already been made by the customer, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the refused product(s)/service(s), in accordance with the payment method selected in the order form.

Some orders require customer approval regarding delivery, payment, etc. Customers with such orders will be contacted by representatives of www.usforbooks.com via phone or email. If no response is received within 10 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Products listed on www.usforbooks.com appear in multiple databases. Therefore, due to potential update errors or delays, products listed as “in stock” may actually be out of stock. In such cases, you will be contacted as soon as the issue is identified.

Payment Methods
Payment for ordered products/services may be made:
a) Online, by card, securely at the time of order placement. Accepted cards include those issued under the VISA (Classic, Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) logos; or
b) Cash on delivery, upon receipt of the order.

Delivery Methods
a) Free national delivery by express courier within the courier’s service area in Romania;
b) Free national delivery via Poșta Română (Romanian Post) for addresses outside the courier’s service area, except during home isolation periods mandated by government emergency ordinances;
c) International delivery subject to additional shipping costs, depending on geographic area (via postal services or DHL courier);
d) Electronic delivery for digital book formats.

For Romanian orders, delivery time is a maximum of 3 business days from the time the order is placed.

Standard courier hours are Monday to Friday. If Saturday delivery is desired, this must be noted in the comment section. Saturday delivery is available only in certain cities designated by the courier.

Orders for delivery outside Romania are accepted within the DHL/postal service coverage area listed on the website. The listed shipping cost applies to packages under 2 kg; for heavier packages, costs will be recalculated. International deliveries are made exclusively via DHL or Poșta Română and their foreign partners.

Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied when purchasing from our website. Therefore:

www.usforbooks.com complies with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/4.06.2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, which grants the buyer (under the conditions set by the law) the right to return purchased products within 14 working days of receiving all purchased goods, without penalties and without giving any reason.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense, at the delivery agent’s applicable rates at the time of return, in the original packaging and only if the items have not been damaged. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from receipt of the written unilateral termination (a signed document sent electronically or by mail, with confirmation of receipt). Refunds may be delayed until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is provided.

Eleprint Association reserves the right to seek damages if it deems the customer’s actions to be in bad faith, as permitted by law. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from that customer.

The return address is:
Ghiroda Commune, Aleea Crinilor, No. 3, Building B, Postal Code 307200, Ghiroda, Timiș County, for returns via Poșta Română, or Fan Courier Depot, Ghiroda, for express courier returns.

Regardless of the chosen shipping method, returns must not be sent cash on delivery to Eleprint Association or Fan Courier.

Digital books (ebooks) cannot be returned under any circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility between the electronic formats available on www.usforbooks.com and their device. Secured digital books cannot be converted into other formats. Eleprint Association, the website owner, cannot return, convert, or provide other file formats beyond those available at the time of purchase.

Secured digital books in PDF and EPUB formats distributed by www.usforbooks.com can be accessed only via Adobe Digital Editions software. Before accessing these digital books, it is MANDATORY to authorize Adobe Digital Editions with an Adobe account. Otherwise, books accessed even once on an unauthorized device can be read only on that specific device. Furthermore, if a digital book is opened on an unauthorized device and Adobe authorization is later added, any previously accessed books will become inaccessible. In this situation, www.usforbooks.com will not issue refunds or resend copies of digital books.

Books authorized under one Adobe Digital Editions account cannot be accessed from another account, even if both belong to the same person. If an account is deactivated, www.usforbooks.com will not resend copies of previously purchased digital books for reauthorization.

Prices and Promotional Offers
We are not VAT payers, and all prices on the website include delivery costs within Romania. International shipping costs are displayed during checkout and/or confirmed by our site representatives.

If www.usforbooks.com cannot complete delivery due to customer fault (e.g., the customer is not found at the address, cannot be contacted, or does not pick up the parcel from the post office), the order will be canceled and the products returned to us. For a new delivery, the customer must cover new delivery or handling costs.

If the customer has paid in advance but cannot receive the products for reasons attributable to them within 10 days of shipping, and cannot be contacted for 14 working days, the order will be canceled, and the payment will not be refunded, as it constitutes compensation.

Pricing and discount policies on the site are determined solely by www.usforbooks.com. The purchase price is the one displayed at the time of order placement.

Product prices are displayed for each item and updated daily. In general, discounts and promotions cannot be combined; the higher discount will apply.

All promotions displayed on the website are valid while stocks last.

Force Majeure
Neither the customer nor www.usforbooks.com shall be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations if such failure is due to a force majeure event.

Online Product Reviews
Customers may post reviews for purchased products, consisting of text and a star rating. Reviews are public and can be viewed on the respective product page.

All reviews posted by other users can be viewed by customers. The name displayed corresponds to the name entered by the user.

Eleprint Association may revoke a user’s right to post reviews if they repeatedly submit irrelevant or false feedback.

User reviews are moderated. Any containing discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language will be automatically rejected by the electronic filter.
